Cripple's Garden
If you look closely, you'll notice that a sign says "Cripple's Crawl-way." It officially names the path which divides the garden, so CL can crawl in between the rows of goodies. She uses Yoga mats on the path, to cushion her body and prevent sores and bruises. The logs help irrigate the area, and allow for CL to sit down. The netting stops vermin from pilfering the corn, beans, tomatoes, greens, watermelon, squash, carrots, etc...
CL calls this "occupational therapy."
Once this garden lures Bambi to the scene? I will call it "lunch."

Playful Pups
(CL captured this moment while she was doing her morning exercises inside the house. The quality is poor, but the sweetness of our play was too good to miss...)

And, the hunt begins...
In less than 2 hours, I have taught this newbie the "power of the hunt" for those demon spawns (aka squirrels):
Of course, I reserve the right to roll around the freshly dug grave:
You? Keep chompin' those bully sticks, sweetness...
...maybe, if you're good, I'll let you munch the tail.

So long, farewell...WAIT. What's this?
Max has found a Forever Home, and he has settled into his new dogs (um, digs, I meant digs...). He has left the wondrous zoomies on CL's wheelchair:
And, he is missing the fabulous attentions of moi:
But, Max has new friends and a Forever Family.
And, I have resumed my peaceful existence-- until this morning. Meet our new foster dawg:
Yep, for those who follow Walkin the Bark's blog, we have a new foster... JuJu! He's a mellow dude, so far. I'll give him 24 hours to settle in, before I start my She-Ra Alpha moves. You've been warned, JuJu...
