Museum Adventures
Finals are done! Woo hoo! Crazy lady, the Princess and her mom spent the day at the Museum of Science. I stayed home while they played in the Discovery Room nature domes:
The Princess practiced her outstanding engineering skills (after all, it runs in the family...):

Then, the Princess had pizza for lunch:
Overall, it was a fabulous day! I missed spending time with the family, but it gave me a chance to chill out and rest. Tomorrow? We're off to Fresh Pond for swimming and hiking!

Day Trippin'
Well, we're back. I can honestly say that Formosan dogs were not meant to travel by boat. Especially at 4 in the morning. Maybe it was the leftover barbecue I consumed, before the trip? Whatever it was, I am very happy to be back on (somewhat) solid ground. Crazy lady applied for a five week artist-in-residence program. Free room and board on a remote island, with the closest civilization 70 minutes away. By boat. What the hell is she thinking? Writers. Sigh...

Silliness
Today was a silly day. Crazy lady is headed to Salem for a reading later tonight, but we spent the day playing with her sister Robyn and Princess Kaylie. We piled blankets on the bed:
Be-bopped to Lily Allen, especially the first four tracks on her new album (Kaylie loved Not Fair, 22 and The Fear):Played with jewels:
And just wallowed in our silliness, especially when Kaylie grabbed the camera and took a picture of crazy lady!

A Spooky Santa Cruz Halloween
One of crazy lady's sisters sent these Halloween pictures of Prince A and Princess E. Crazy lady remembers the day they were born, and is shocked at how big they have become! Definitely older, and perhaps wiser.
